BAWLS Guarana is a high caffeine soft drink made from the guarana berry. Guarana is a natural source of caffeine found in the Amazonian rainforest.

The FDA recommends that adults consume no more than 300mg of caffeine per day (about the content of 3 16-oz. cans of BAWLS.). Of course, children and individuals sensitive to caffeine should consume much less. Having too much caffeine in your body can result in nervous issues, difficulty sleeping and a rise in blood pressure. We encourage BAWLS drinkers to consume caffeine in moderation and not drink multiple bottles in one sitting or drink BAWLS Guarana as a substitute for water. Proper hydration is a crucial part of a balanced, healthy lifestyle!

No. BAWLS Guarana drinks do not contain ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). However, it does contain Sodium Benzoate as a preservative. Sodium Benzoate has been used widely as a food preservative for many years and is generally regarded as safe (GRAS).
Are BAWLS Guarana products gluten free?
Yes, there is no presence of gluten (gliadin) in the caramel color or high fructose corn syrup (sweetener) used in BAWLS Guarana. Gliadin protein intolerance is generally associated with products derived from wheat, oats, rye, barley and millet. BAWLS Guarana products do not contain any of these grains.

Is BAWLS Kosher?

Yes, all BAWLS Guarana products are Kosher. Please check the back of all BAWLS products for the Star-K Kosher Certification.
